Recticel, giant of giants in insulation boards wanted a secure platform enabling satellite offices to create translations for all products and automagically generate branded PDFs with a single button click.
Product sheet creation & management
This browser app runs in the cloud and supports 24 locales, making product sheet management way easier and faster. Data can be duplicated by field or across entire sheets with a click, boosting productivity and user experience! I added version control to keep everything neatly organized.
With convenient editing options for multipage layout control, the app generates both regular and prepress PDFs in CMYK. Polished and consistent product data in a single go, both on the web and on paper. Yay!
User role management
The tool supports various roles for supervisors, translators, and local agents, enabling effective collaboration. Sheets can be assigned based on roles, with notifications keeping everyone in the loop about progress. Once translations and localizations are complete, final versions can be pushed to the live API, ensuring connected services stay up to date.
